everyone

My yoga classes focus on the feminine life stages, the maiden, mother, and crone. Each of my classes offer to support you through life’s big transitions from pregnancy to menopause. Providing space to move, stretch, relax and find time for yourself. I believe yoga is for everyone no matter your age, shape or ability and my classes welcome all that seek a feminine centred space.

About the community 

You can expect a warm welcome at all my classes and to feel instantly at ease. My classes offer a supportive community who lift each other up to be our best selves. Many people particularly at my pregnancy and mum and baby classes have found friendships that follow babies into childhood.

Rising Moon Yoga 

Rising Moon is a flowing Hatha yoga practice to bring balance to your body, mind and hormones. After slowly warming the body, we will move through a gentle flow to help stretch and strengthen the body while honouring the feminine. We will finish with a few Yin or Restorative postures and a deep relaxation to seal in the benefits of practice. 

This class is perfect if you are looking for gentle flowing yoga class. Suitable for all but please wait at least 4 months postnatally.

Tranquil Moon Yoga 

Tranquil Moon is a deeply relaxing and slower paced yoga class which connects you with the Moon's phases, Earth's cycles and Feminine energy to support hormonal balance while providing relaxation and release. This class combines Yin yoga postures with short, gentle Hatha yoga flows. Finishing with restorative yoga postures and a deep relaxation to seal in the benefits of practice.

This class is for those looking for a slower paced class or to aid in hormonal balance. Suitable for all, including postnatally after 6 weeks

Pregnancy Yoga 

This class offers a gentle and safe yoga practice developed especially for pregnant bodies. The yoga postures are suitable for pregnancy and can be further adapted for common pregnancy ailments. Each session also provides birth education, breathing techniques for birth and deep relaxation to empower you towards a positive birth. Ideal if you are looking for a supportive community of like-minded parents to be to share your journey with. Suitable from 14 weeks pregnant.

Postnatal & Baby Yoga 

This class offers a postnatal yoga practice to help gently restore and tone the body after birth with breathing techniques to calm the mind and recharge energy levels. This class includes both baby massage techniques and yoga suitable for little bodies, offering you and your baby time to bond. All this in our wonderful community of like-minded parents, with a chat and a cuppa. Suitable from 6 weeks postnatal (8-12 weeks post caesarean section dependent on recovery) until baby is mobile

I discovered Ashley 4 years ago. I was doing Pilates, but was struggling with an injury so was looking for something else. From the very first lesson, I was welcomed to class, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Ashley always gives options for easy to more advanced versions of yoga poses, as everyone has different abilities, so no pressure to be perfect, just do what you can do. Everyone should be practicing yoga, and I would encourage anyone to try a class with Ashley. I wish I had started years ago, but the main thing is, it’s never too late.
